1. Cancellation

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

3. Returns

• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Hygiene products once opened are not eligible for return due to safety reasons.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Items on sale, clearance products, and opened consumables are non-refundable.

5. Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
